THE VCRA

The VINTAGE CAR RALLY ASSOCIATION, Inc, was formed in 2006 with two distinct purposes...

To provide a unique forum for antique, vintage, classic and sports car enthusiasts to compete in a controlled speed / timed / distance rally competition that would test the skills and endurance of both man and machine, classed by the experience levels of the entrants to assure a level playing field for all.
To be a not for profit organization, and all proceeds would be donated to charity. The primary charity to be Autism Awareness and / or Autism programs in need.

The VCRA was formed by three veteran rally guys with a combined experience of 50 plus years in the “old car rally” sport. This was coupled with the encouragement of Hemmings Motor News and the Branson Collector Car Auction with provided us with the guidance and financial backing that made the first national event possible. Our commitment to the success of the VCRA is fueled by the passion for the sport, and for the friendships and relationships we have enjoyed over the past 25 years of involvement at several levels in this great old car sport.

All VCRA staffers and workers are volunteer, a tribute to the character of the folks that help make these events happen year after year. The sponsors that support us have traditionally been on board year after year, a display of the confidence that we are doing the right things for the right reasons.

2012 begins our seventh year of existence, and we are proud and humbled that we, along with our competitor friends, sponsors, and contributors, have been responsible for over $300,00 in donations to Autism Chapters and Programs in need. One thing is very clear to us...we could not have done this without the support of all involved.
